PA Judicial PAC was created to aid in advancing PAJ’s mission by distributing contributions of money to candidates for office who believe in trial by jury and the award of money damages for injuries to persons or property.
Contributions given help to
- Elect pro-civil justice candidates who will protect the rights of our clients and advocate for them to be fully and fairly compensated when they are injured by the negligence of others.
- Stand with judges and candidates for appellate court races that treat injured workers with fairness, value the right to trial by jury, and understand how caps on damages harms victims.
- Fundamental to the success of our firms and clients is the notion that aggrieved parties stand equally before the law. Electing qualified judges is essential to the preservation of that principle.
