The PAJ Diverse Mentoring Initiative (DMI) is a summer associate program that pairs diverse first-year law students with top plaintiff firms across the state. The DMI Program and participating firms offer 10 weeks of paid employment to first year law students who meet DMI’s criteria. The program also provides weekly educational programming, luncheons, and networking opportunities.
